Working in an ever changing industry means improvements often need to be made, which is why all our training has been developed following considerable Publican research and feedback.

Our bespoke Business Foundation Package (BFP) is compulsory for those taking an Enterprise lease or tenancy. This package has three simple steps and includes a range of BII accredited qualifications.

  • APLH (Award for Personal Licence Holders)

    Licensing law in England and Wales states that anyone who sells or authorises the sale of alcohol to the public must hold a personal licence. Those who wish to obtain a personal licence need to apply to their local authority.

    Applicants will be asked for a number of things to support their application; one of these is proof that they hold a government approved licensing qualification such as the Award for Personal Licence Holders (APLH).

The bespoke Business Foundation Package (BFP) is compulsory if you are taking an Enterprise lease or tenancy and has been developed by industry experts to help you understand more about running a business in your own way before you invest in a property. Our simple 3 step process includes: • Completing your Level 2 Award in Food Safety online • Attending our 5 day Business Foundation Programme with other Publicans • Finishing your journey by attending a one day development planning workshop three months later

  • CIEH Level 2 Food Safety

    Our innovative Level 2 Award in Food Safety (Catering) is offered in conjunction with the Safer Food Group and is fully accredited by Qualifi. Designed to provide you and your staff with knowledge of basic food safety practices, this course is a quick and simple way of ensuring you are compliant with food safety regulations.
