Training Courses

Enterprise Inns firmly believe that relevant training is simply paramount to the success of our business, this is why we have developed a series of training courses, ranging from our award winning five day induction course, The Business Foundation Programme, to our new and highly effective WILMA, (Winning in a Local Market Area), new retailer programme and FRED (Food Retailing Education & Development).

We offer a whole host of one day workshops to help you hone skills in Finance, Wine Retailing, Marketing and Selling Skills, even First Aid. All our training has been developed following considerable retailer research, feedback and more importantly evaluation. There is definite correlation between those retailers who embrace staff training and their overall success.

Please click here to view a testimonial from a retailer about his recent experience on the WILMA course.

You will find all the information you need on our legislative and development workshops.

All our courses are either BII accredited or have been developed  by industry experts.

In May 2010 Enterprise Inns were presented with the supreme award in the BII National Inn-keeping Training Awards, (NITA’s).  Click here to find out more on this award.
